James Blunt, Guest at Royal Wedding, to Begin World Tour
James Blunt is to set off on his world tour "The AfterLove" right after today's Royal Wedding. The Royal Family is preparing for another grand wedding - Prince Harry is to wed Canadian actress Meghan Markle’s in St. George's Chapel, Windsor, at 12 PM (3pm Tbilisi time) today.
After the one-hour ceremony, the royal couple will leave the temple in a carriage and walk in the streets of Windsor town, and then return to a planned reception in Windsor Castle. The wedding is closed, as the royal family explains it as a non-state event. The Prince will then hold a festive party for family members and close friends. About 600 guests and 26,000 lucky people will attend the ceremony.
Among the invited guests are the familiar faces tothe public as well as friends of the couple who are less familiar to society. The Spice Girls will be there, as will world-renowned singer and songwriter Elton John. We will see Victoria and David Beckham at the wedding as well as numerous colleagues of the Prince from his time in military service. Among the guests is the famous British pop singer James Blunt, with whom Harry served in British army.
Once he's recovered from the Royal wedding, James Blunt is to launch his world tour "The AfterLove," Georgia being among his destinations of choice. He'll be performing in Tbiliai on May 26 on Georgia's Day of Independence Day at the Mikheil Meskhi Stadium. Alongside other songs, the singer will perform for listeners his immortal hits "You are Beautiful" and "Goodbye My Lover".
