OSCE Permanent Representatives to Visit Georgia
Georgia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) reports that on June 19-21, OSCE Permanent Representatives from 30 countries will pay an official visit to Georgia.
The MFA added that since the 2008 Georgia-Russia war, this is the first visit of OSCE Ambassadors to Georgia.
Ambassadors of the OSCE member states will hold meetings with the President of Georgia, high officials of the executive and legislative authorities.
Meetings are also planned with European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) leadership and civil society representatives.
Within the framework of the visit, the permanent representatives will visit the occupation line and the OSCE funded project in Sobisivillage.
The OSCE representatives will be informed about the recent developments and implemented reforms in the country.
