Car Accident In Tbilisi Leaves Armenians Injured
As a result of the terrible accident in Tbilisi, nine Armenians suffered major injuries, reports the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.
Early this morning, a Mercedes-minivan and Mercedes CLK collided near the Eliava market on the Right Bank highway in Tbilisi. At the wheel of the sedan was a citizen of Georgia Oleg Omarov, who has been hospitalized.
The injured Armenians - Angela Shalvaryan, Arpine Mamyan and Ani Avanesyan - were in a stable condition in the hospital. Aram Khachatryan and Garegin Vardanyan are unconscious and in a more serious state.
The minivan passengers Mane Khachatryan, a 7-year-old, is in a children's hospital, Maria Tanya is unconscious, Andranik Ginosiyan in a serious condition, but conscious, and Lilit Shalvaryan suffered major fractures.
