Deutsche Welle to Film Another Show About Adjara

Deutsche Welle is preparing another show about Adjara. International media journalists are visiting Adjara to film a travel telecast "Meet a local". The filming crew included the main sightseeing spots of Batumi, Georgian cuisine and Keda's wine cellars. Millions of viewers will have a chance to watch the show about Batumi at the end of October on Deutsche Welle.

The popularization of Adjara as a tourism destination started on Deutsche Welle this year. Videos of the region were broadcasted on TV and aired in summer and autumn. In the summer, the first TV journal was prepared for travel in Batumi.

Besides Deutsche Welle, the Adjara Tourism Department is actively cooperating with international TV companies such as the BBC, Euronews and CNN. By 2019, the region's popularization will be even more active on the international market.
