Georgian Contemporary Film Fesitval to be held in Washington

Washington will host a Georgian Contemporary Film Fesitval on November 13-16.

The Embassy of Georgia to the United States, the Georgian National Film Center, Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, George Washington University, John Hopkins University and Georgetown University will be jointly represented.

Within the dates, the US will host a screening of 6 Georgian films, followed by discussions with the directors. 

The 6 movies to be presented during the festival include:

"My Happy Family", directed by Nana Ekvtimishvili and Simon Groß
"Ara Megobaro" ("No Friend"), directed by Gio Mgeladze
"Dede", directed by Mariam Khachvani
"House of Others", directed by Rusudan Glurjidze
"Scary Mother", directed by Ana Urushadze
"Blind Dates", directed by Levan Koghuashvili
