Newon Music Festival Held in Tbilisi

Within the framework of Tbilisi Nighttime Economy Development Project, Newon Music Festival is to be held in Tbilisi for the first time this year. The dates of the festival are November 30 and December 1. It is taking place in the recently revitalized old factory ELECTROWERK.

The main purpose of the festival is to present Georgian musicians of the hip-hop, indie pop, indie rock, live electronic music and new jazz genres.

The Tbilisi Nighttime Economy Development project was implemented by Tbilisi City Hall in spring of this year and aims to create new jobs, generate more revenue in tourism, revive the suburbs, carry out a variety of activities and develop different districts of the capital city.
