New Honorary Georgian Consulate Opened in Peru

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Georgia the new honorary consulate of Georgia was opened in the Republic of Peru.

Ambassador Otar Berdzenishvili gave a signed exequatur to the consul of Georgia, Pilar Deza.

At the opening ceremony Berdzenishvili wished both countries the best of luck in their endeavours and hoped that the collaboration between Georgia and Peru will deepen in the years to come.

Consul of Georgia Pilar Deza stated she was grateful and thanked the ambassador for the support as well.

She expressed her readiness to help foster collaboration between the two countries, which she hopes will result in a close relationship, with the main goal being the development of business between the two countries.

There will be a charity even dedicated to helping those affected by the flood in Tbilisi on June 13th-14th organized by Deza.
