Georgian Embassies to Open in the UAE and Vietnam
Georgian PM Mamuka Bakhtadze has announced that embassies will be opened in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Vietnam.
The PM made the announcement at a press briefing prior to the Executive Government meeting held in Tbilisi today.
‘It is one of the key priorities of the economic strategy and foreign policy of the government to get Georgia more effectively integrated in the global economy,’ reads a statement by the Prime Minister’s Press Office.
During the press briefing, Bakhtadze underlined that “we see a special potential in cooperation with the UAE and Asian countries, economies of which are increasing with the highest speed.”
The Georgian embassies will open in the UAE and Vietnam later this year.
