PM Bakhtadze Hosts Stoltenberg

Georgian Prime Minister, Mamuka Bakhtadze hosted NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg at a working dinner.

Bakhtadze thanked Jens Stoltenberg for his visit to Georgia and noted that this is yet another clear confirmation of NATO support.

Georgia's progress on the path of NATO membership and Euro-Atlantic integration were the main topics of the meeting.

Georgian PM’s Press Office reports that the NATO Secretary General reiterated the commitment of the Alliance to the Bucharest Summit decision.

Stoltenberg will hold meetings with the President of Georgia, the Parliament Speaker and the MPs. He will also visit a joint NATO-Georgia training and assessment center. 

Stoltenberg's visit to Georgia will end on March 25.
