PM to Address the PACE on April 10
The delegation of Georgia, headed by the Prime Minister of the country Mamuka Bakhtadze is paying an official visit to Strasbourg on April 9-10, within the framework of which the Georgian Official will address the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
Bakhtadze is set to hold a number of bilateral meetings during the visit, including meetings with Liliane Maury-Pasquier, President of PACE, as well as Thorbjørn Jagland, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, which will be followed by the joint statements for the press.
The visit of the Permanent Representation of Georgia to the Council of Europe and meeting with the students of the Sunday school are also scheduled.
The Head of the Georgian Government will complete the visit by hosting an official reception dedicated to the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the accession of Georgia to the Council of Europe.
Bakhtadze is accompanied by David Zalkaliani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Tamar Chugoshvili, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament and Archil Talakvadze, Leader of the parliamentary majority.
