Kolga Tbilisi: “Tales of Venice”
Do you like Italian culture and their art? No wonder. Kolga Tbilisi has yet another fascinating photo exhibition to offer – especially if you’re feeling “very Italiano” – Graziano Arici’s “Tales of Venice”.
Graziano Arici (from Venice) is one of the most spectacular documentary photographers of Italian culture. He actively traveled and documented the most important and interesting events across Europe, including but not limited to the pulling down of Berlin wall in 1989 and the artistic blossom of culture and cinema in Bosnia and Croatia during wartime in 1995 and ’96.
Arici, the A list photographer, has created his exhibition “Tales of Venice” to honor his native city. Seeing the photographs gives you a glimpse into the world of glamour and stars, art and culture in the beautiful city of Venice, as well as everyday life and its realities; problems of safeguarding the urban heritage and environmental detoriation.
Visit the exhibition at Grishashvili Tbilisi History Museum, Karvasla, 8 Sioni Str. The exhibit opened on May 5. Arici’s works of art will be on display before May 13.
