Parliament to Hear PM Bakhtadze and Interior Minister Gakharia

This week, the Georgian Parliament is to hear two important political figures from the ruling party Georgian Dream: Prime Minister Mamuaka Bakhtadze and Interior Minister Giorgi  Gakharia.

On Thursday, June 27, Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze will present the annual report in front of the MPs, while the Interior Minister is expected to be heard at Parliament speaking about the developments of June 20, when violent clashes occurred between police and demonstrators outside the Parliament in Tbilisi.

The request was submitted at the Bureau session. The date of Gakharia's hearing is yet to be confirmed.
