Car Accident Claims Lives of 2 People in Ninotsminda

Road accident has claimed the lives of two young people in Ninotsminda, a town in Georgia's southern district of Samtskhe-Javakheti.

Reportedly, Volkswagen and Ford Transit type cars collided with each other late at night.

Two young men died on the spot, while another injured was taken to Ninotsminda hospital by ambulance.

The investigation will determine the causes of the car accident. The investigation is underway under article 276, part 6 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages violation of traffic safety regulations by passengers, pedestrians or other participants of traffic.
