Borderline Issues Discussion in Ergneti Underway

In the 59th Ergneti meeting, a regular meeting held at a village along the administrative borderline with South Ossetia, borderline issues will be discussed.

The main items on the agenda are the medical expertise of Akhalgori native Davit Basharuli, people disappearing, and other problems created for the Georgians living near the occupation line as a result of the fence constructed by the Russians.

The meeting is part of Incident Prevention and Reaction Mechanisms by the Ministry of Reconciliation and Civic Equality. The Ministry told InterPressNews that within the meeting, the parties will summarize the incidents occurred since the last meeting and discuss other topical issues.
