Georgian Defense Minister Meets with Armenian Ambassador to Georgia

Armenian Ambassador Ruben Sadoyan has met with Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Garibashvili, the Armenian embassy reports. 

Ambassador Sadoyan has congratulated Garibashvili on assuming his position, conveying optimism that throughout his duration in office Georgian-Armenian defense affairs would reach to new heights.

Garibashvili successively stated that Georgian-Armenian comradely relations have centuries long account and huge potential for progress.

Ambassador Sadoyan presented the recently appointed Armenian military attaché Mesrop Nazaryan to Minister Garibashvili.

During the meeting, both sides agreed upon intensifying future collaboration between Armenia and Georgia regarding intelligence and military areas.

The two sides openly stressed on the significance of promoting regional security and stability.
