Gakharia and His Team to Visit Ankara

Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia and his team have left for Ankara for a short one-day visit to meet with top Turkish administration officials, the Government of Georgia press office announced.

The PM is accompanied by Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani, Economy Minister Natia Turnava and the PM’s Advisor for Foreign Affairs, Irakli Chikovani.

This is Gakharia’s third official visit abroad after taking the post of Prime Minister earlier in September. He started his foreign trips by visiting neighboring countries, paying his first visit to Azerbaijan and then to Armenia.
