PM Gakharia: We Have Never Had a Closer Relationship with Europe
Premier Minister Giorgi Gakharia underlined Georgia’s relationship with Europe today at the event organized by the Georgian Dream youth wing. The PM addressed the demonstrators during the solemn event on the occasion of taking over the Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe by Georgia was held on Liberty Square in Tbilisi today.
The PM emphasized that Georgia has never been closer to Europe. He told the people that the country owes the success to “the leader” Bidzina Ivanishvili, a Georgian businessman and politician, currently serving as a Chairman of the Georgian Dream Party.
"We all understand that not everybody is living in prosperity today, but what we have done in recent years, is that we have reached a point of the closest relationship with Europe. We have never had a relationship as close with Europe as we have today, we have a close relationship with Europe in an economic context. Today, every Georgian can travel to Europe without a visa. We have achieved this together with our leader, Bidzina Ivanishvili, ”Giorgi Gakharia said.
