Georgia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Resigns

Georgia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a declaration that the Deputy Foreign Minister had resignation. The issued news underlines that the resignation was requested by Ninua himself.

“Georgia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Mikheil Ninua has resigned of his own accord. A long time ago, he was offered to continue working in another field and planned to leave the ministry, but since he led the process of solving the problems caused by the pandemic, Ninua decided to leave the post only after the completion of the critical phase. We assess him as a highly valued and worthy member of our diplomatic corps,” reads the declaration from the Ministry.
