“Our historical friendship is irreversible, our nations jointly go through various challenges but firmly stand together to protect common welfare and security. We are grateful and highly appreciate US support rendered to strengthening our country's statehood, democratic development, unwavering stance of Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity as well as our European and Euro-Atlantic aspiration.,” the President stated, expressing hope that Georgian-American friendship and strategic partnership will further enhance and become stronger than ever in years to come.

The Georgian people greatly value the United States' steadfast support and significant contribution to Georgia's democratic transformation and development over the 26 years of our regained independence,” the letter reads.
