Lord Mayor of London Says Georgia Is Most Business-Friendly State in Region
Within the framework of the 4th plenary session of the Georgia-UK bilateral Wardrop Strategic Dialogue, Georgia’s Vice Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze delivered a speech for representatives of the British business community at Mansion House in London, on October 24.
Georgia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) reports that the Lord Mayor of London, Andrew Parmley, stated that one of his priorities is to promote co-operation with rapidly developing economies. “He emphasized that Georgia is the most business-friendly country in the region,” the MFA said.

Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Genadi Arveladze, also attended the meeting and provided a presentation on Georgia for representatives of British business, investment, energy and financial communities attending the Round Table.
The Wardrop dialogue provides an opportunity to discuss continued co-operation on trade, defense, and mutual values, which underpin the strength of mutual ties between the UK and Georgia.
