Prime Minister Meets with European Parliament Delegation

Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili met with European Parliament delegation members today, the PM’s press office informs. He talked about Georgia’s European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations and the reforms being undertaken, emphasizing that the integration to the European Union remains a major priority of Georgia’s foreign policy and for the reforms realized in the country. 

As the PM’s press office reports, the members of the European parliamentary delegation expressed their firm support to the reforms carried out in Georgia, and underlined the progress achieved in the country along the way. The delegation members also expressed support to Georgia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.

Giorgi Kvirikashvili underlined the importance of the resolution taken during Eastern Partnership Summit and thanked the members of the delegation for their support. 

The meeting was also attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Mikheil Janelidze.
