The negotiations started a few minutes ago and are still underway. As the minister stated before the meeting, he will answer all the questions regarding the existing drug-policy or police raids on Friday night in Tbilisi clubs.
Gakharia assures that an agreement can be reached, adding the position of citizens is very important for the government.
Tsikarishvili also made a comment, saying the organizers of the counter-rally, Georgian National Unity far-right group escalates the situation, which has become “critical.”
He called on the protesters to keep calm in order to avoid any possible confrontation with the ultra-nationalist group, who are gathered near the White Noise demonstration on Rustaveli Avenue, separated from each-other by riot police and young cadets.
