4.3 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Georgia

A 4.3 magnitude earthquake hit Georgia around half an hour ago. According to the Institute of Earth Science, the epicenter was in Kutaisi, western Georgia. 

Aftershocks were felt twice early morning today.

The previous quake observed in Georgia occurred on June 6. The epicenter then was the Georgia-Azerbaijan border. The Seismic Monitoring Center of Georgia reports that there was around a 3-4 magnitude earthquake in Tbilisi while it was 5.7 at the Georgia-Azerbaijan border
