Nenskra Hydro Started Affected Infrastructure Rehabilitation Works In Chuberi

JSC Nenskra Hydro, Nenskra Hydropower Plant Project Company, allocated additional funds to restore the disaster-injured infrastructure in village Chuberi, Mestia municipality. The works are concentrated on the area where the disaster completely wiped out the road leaving a part of local population torn away from the rest of the world.

All vehicles and facilities have been supplied by ‘Georgian Construction Consortium’, a subcontractor of Nenskra Hydro.

“Since the very first day our company has been extensively involved in the emergency headquarters operating procedures and supplied the affected population with a number of humanitarian and relief works. We also decided to establish a special dedicated fund to finance the emergency works. With this purpose, Nenskra HPP project investor allocated additional funds”, – stated Teimuraz Kopadze, JSC “Nenskra Hydro” Chief Operating Officer.
