Car Accident in Ukraine

The driver of a van which was part of a deadly car accident not far from Kryve Ozero, Ukraine, has been placed under house arrest by the Kryve Ozero Court of Mykolaiv Region, stated the press service of the Prosecutor's Office there.

The prosecutors insisted on the restrictive measure during the court session.

As reported, a road accident not far from Kryve Ozero, southern Ukraine, claimed the lives of five people, with another 12 sent to hospital with a multitude of injuries.

On July 20, near the village of Hlybochytsia in Zhytomyr region, another accident occurred where 10 people lost their lives in the car accident. A child and the driver of a bus are among the dead, alongside a citizen of Georgia and two citizens of Russia. The driver of the truck is giving testimony.
