Body Found In Botanical Gardens
Investigators are looking into the circumstances of the death of a man whose body was found in the Tbilisi Botanical Garden, according to the MIA.
Reportedly, the man had a carotid artery cut, and at the scene a bloody blade was found. The identity of the deceased, who was about 35 years old, has not yet been established. His body has already been delivered for examination.
The criminal case was initiated under the article "premeditated murder", which is punishable by 7 to 15 years in prison. However, the investigation also considers the possibility of suicide.
