Georgian Man Arrested in Italy

A Georgian citizen was arrested in Italy for attempted murder and has been convicted in the past.

According to Italian media, the incident occurred on September 1, in Taranto, where Italian police officers arrested a 40-year-old Georgian.

According to the investigation, he attacked a German citizen with a knife and wounded him. The victim was taken to a hospital and treated and is in a stable condition. According to police, the confrontation started after the owner of the house and his friend came to the apartment rented by the Georgian man, and a verbal dispute turned into a physical confrontation.

An investigation is currently underway.
