Direct Flights to Open from Tbilisi to Budapest from October 28

The Georgian aviation market is becoming more attractive for local and foreign airlines. From October 28, MyWay airlines is to launch direct flights on the route Tbilisi-Budapest-Tbilisi.

Boeing 737-800 will travel three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

MayWay airlines was established as a full service commercial airline in 2018 in Georgia and provides safe and comfortable flights from/to/via Georgia to Kharkov and TelaAviv. Its fleet consists of two Boeing 747-800 aircraft.

The only direct flight to Budapest has thus far was offered by WIZZ AIR three times a week, an airline which also operates from Georgia to Hungary, however, only from western Georgia's city of Kutaisi.
