Georgian Students Win Travel-Study Trip to the UK

Within the framework of the "Travel and Learn Together" program of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, 21 of the country’s brightest students are traveling to Great Britain. While in the UK, students will undergo an intensive two-week English language course. The program also includes various sport, educational-entertainment activities, field trips, and opportunities to learn about British traditions and culture.

Participating students were selected from 600 young people who studied at the English Language Summer School in Georgia. The students were selected on criteria such as academic progress in school, engagement in extracurricular activities, communication skills with peers, creativity, independence, time management, and leadership skills.
