According to investigators, in May of this year, the convict, who was serving a suspended sentence at that time, came home to his ex-wife to pick up the children. She did not open the door and asked him to leave and he did not want to, so he tried to break the door down.

The could not get in and began threatening his ex-wife that he would burn her, and tried to pump gasoline out of the tank of a car parked in the yard of the house. The police arrived on time at the scene and were able to prevent any harm to come to the woman and children.
