Ministry of Internal Affairs Donating Blood
Donating blood is a way anyone can help other people, and it is not done by as many people as the world actually needs it to.
Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia will donate blood in order to help children with leukemia and other serious diseases voluntarily, setting an example for all Georgians.
The Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs issued a memorandum with the Blood Bank at the Gudushauri National Medical Center and the Institute of Hematology and Transfusiology - Medinvest. If necessary, the blood donated will be given to women in labor, babies and patients who have received extreme injuries and to any other patients that might require it.
The employees of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs have been donating blood to children with leukemia for several years, and want the people of Georgia to follow in those footsteps, to set an example for the whole world.
