India to Get 10 New Georgian Visa Centers

Georgia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced yesterday that 10 new Georgian visa centers will be opened in Indian cities. 

An official agreement was signed on Wednesday by Georgian Ambassador to India, Archil Dzuliashvili, and Regional Head for South Asia of VFS Global, Alok Singhal. VFS Global Services Private Limited is a private company that will operate the visa centers on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The cities to receive visa centers are: Chandigarh, Goa, Jalandhar, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Puducherry and Hyderabad.

Georgia sess a large and growing number of visitors from India, particularly university students.
