Giorgi Chogovadze Appointed as Director General of United Airports

Giorgi Chogovadze has been appointed as Director General of ‘United Airports of Georgia’ Ltd. This decision has been made by the Supervisory Board of the company.

Since November 2014 Chogovadze has served as the head of National Tourism Administration of Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development. He also has experience of working in the tourism industry.  Giorgi Chogovadze holds practice in the civil aviation sector. Between 1998-2004 he was working on the leading positions of airlines operating on the Georgian market.

The new head of National Tourism Administration of Georgia will be selected as a result of contest, which will be held by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.
