First Georgian Wine Exhibition to Be Held in South Korea
The Georgian wine exhibition is planned to be held in South Korea for the first time in 2019. This information has been announced by the Chairman of the National Wine Agency Levan Mekhuzla.
Mekhuzla emphasized on the significance of maintaining the strong position on the strategic markets of Japan, the USA, Great Britain and Poland and achieving more success in this sphere. “We will also try to strengthen our position on the markets we launched in 2018, which include Switzerland and Scandinavia”- stated Mekhzula.
It has also been claimed that the price of exported wine is planned to be increased.
In 2018, more than 86 million bottles of Georgian wine were exported to 53 countries worldwide.
