Kutaisi Airport among Leaders for Passenger Flow Increase

The figures published by the Airports Council International Europe (ACI Europe) show that Kutaisi Airport is among the leading European airports for its rapidly increasing passenger flow. The ACI Europe data shows, in comparison with the month of November of 2017, the number of the travelers served by Kutaisi Airport augmented by 132.5% in the same month of 2018.

Tbilisi International Airport has also been included on the list of the airports with passenger flow increase. In this case, the figure revealed a growth of 19.4% in November 2018.

Georgian airports served 5,033.323 passengers in 2018. The flow of passengers increased by 23.55% in comparison to 2017.

The number of flights in 2018 also augmented by 3,557 compared to 2017.
