Firefighters Extinguish Fire at Clothes Warehouse

Around 250 square meters of territory of a second-hand clothes warehouse was burnt down at Station Square on Tevdore Mghvdeli Street.

15 fire-fighting brigades were mobilized on site. This is the second time the warehouse has suffered fire damage in the last year.

The Emergency Management Service says the fire has been localized.

Firefighters were working hard for several hours to put out the fire, as the territory is adjacent to several shops and trading areas.

No-one was injured in the accident.

The exact cause of the fire is unknown but an investigation has already been launched into the incident.
