PM: Military Officers Will Receive Apartments by 2020
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Mamuka Bakhtadze, stated that approximately 180 military servicemen will be provided with apartments in the town of Gori by the end of this year. At a briefing held before the government sitting earlier today, the PM also noted that reconstruction works are underway in the given flats.
The Head of the Government said all the military officers to whom the government has a contracted responsibility, will receive apartments in Gori or Tbilisi by 2020.
“The construction of two new blocks are to be commenced and 480 military serviceman will be provided with the new apartments next year. 1724 military officers have already received flats since 2013,” – stated Bakhtadze.
