Drugs Containing Narcotic Substances Revealed at Vale BCP

The fact of attempting to illegally import drugs, containing narcotic and psychotropic substances was revealed at Vale Border Crossing Point (BCP) on March 9. On the basis of suspicion, after the examination of the luggage of the citizen of France D.B, the customs officers of the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia revealed 74 pills of medicines containing narcotic substances.

The case has been transferred to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia for the further investigation. The investigation is being carried out according to the Section 1 of the Article 262 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
