Cleaning of the Koura River this Saturday

This Saturday, a group of people will gather in the south of Tbilisi to clean a part of the Koura river’s bay. The place, situated close to the monastery of Kodori George, is currently full of garbage and plastic bottles that pollute the water. This problem of waste pollution is recurrent in Tbilisi and its surroundings and a group of people called “Care2 Clean-Up Georgia” take nice initiatives to clean the different areas concerned.

This Saturday, they will meet at Isani metro around 10.45 am to go together clean the place. Gloves and bags will be provided. They need motivated nature-lovers to come and help them!
