439 Cases of Tax Law Violation Discovered by Revenue Service

On March 18-24, as a result of the current control procedures, the employees of the Tax Monitoring Department of the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia revealed 439 cases of tax law violation throughout the country.

The staff members of the Service inspected 3,714 taxpayers and identified the following violations: 122 cases of transportation of goods without waybill; 31 cases of breaking the established law on income tax payments for economic activities; and 286 cases of not using a cash-register while performing cash transactions with consumers.
