Air France Carries Out First Paris-Tbilisi Flight
The French flag carrier Air France completed its first flight from the capital of France, Paris to Tbilisi on March 31, seeing the President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili among its first passengers.
As a result of negotiations between Air France and TAV Georgia, the operator company of Tbilisi and Batumi International Airports, which started in November last year, the French airline is set to carry out regular flights between the cities of Tbilisi and Paris twice a week until October 23, 2019. The flights will be completed with Airbus A 320, arriving in the Georgian capital on Wednesdays and Sundays and traveling back to Paris on Mondays and Thursdays.
Based in the Charles De Gaulle International Airport, Air France carries out direct flights to 170 destinations.
