Khazaradze, Japaridze Officially Resign from TBC Bank Supervisory Board

The founders of the TBC Bank Group PLC (TBC PLC) Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze officially quitted the Supervisory Board of Bank with immediate effect as a result of the submission of resignation letters earlier today. However, both businessman are to remain in the positions of the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Board of TBC PLC respectively.

The information about the resignation of the businessmen has already been published on the London Stock Exchange official website.

"The process of recruiting and selecting two new members of the Supervisory Board of TBC Bank is underway and appointments will be made in due course," reads the statement released by TBC Group.
