To follow up on the information about the one of the companies of Wissol Group, JSC Wissol Petroleum Georgia, broadcasted on local media during last few days, we announce: JSC Wissol Petroleum Georgia is indeed the leader of the petroleum products retail market in our country and the company has maintained it leadership position for many years.

On the other hand, we don’t confirm the information stating that JSC Wissol Petroleum Georgia is for sale. Furthermore, we declare that we are staying in the petroleum products retail industry and the quest of Wissol Group for the medium-term perspective is to further develop its business, which naturally does not exclude merging our operations with some small or large players on the market that is, in fact, usual practice for business growth and development in any country.
