Irakli Kovzanadze Meets Kyrgyz Parliamentary Delegation

Irakli Kovzanadze, the Chairman of Budget and Financial Committee of Parliament and his First Deputy, Paata Kvizhinadze, met Kyrgyz parliamentary delegation.

At the meeting, Georgian and Kyrgyz lawmakers talked about the potential of deepening economic relations between the two countries, including trade turnover, tourism flows, and investment growth.

The sides discussed economic perspectives promising Georgia and Kyrgyzstan to participate in common regional projects. The most important among them is the new transit corridor "One Belt, One Road” initiated by China.  

According to Irakli Kovzanadze, bilateral goodwill will contribute to the cooperation between Georgia and Kyrgyzstan business sectors and implementation of their joint projects.

Kyrgyz parliamentary delegation is paying a three-day visit to Georgia.
