Four Detained for Participating in Group Violence on June 20

Four persons were arrested for participating in group violence on the night of 20th of June.

As it was announced at the briefing held at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the detainees are Tsotne Soselia, Besik Tamaliani, Kakhaber Kupreishvili, and Zurab Badagashvili.

One of the detainees – Zurab Badagashvili, has already been charged for participating in group violence.

The rest of the detainees will be officially charged today for participating in the group violence during the June 20-21 rally in front of the Parliament of Georgia in Tbilisi.

According to the lawyers, the detainees do not plead guilty.
