New Service Introduced at the Branches of the House of Justice
From today, at the branches of the House of Justice, customers will be able to receive a new service - "Certificate on crossing the State Border of Georgia".
In collaboration with the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, everything is ready and customer service is being provided smoothly with "the high quality inherent to the House of Justice." This is the second most in-demand document among services of the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and has been introduced to provide customers more comfort and access to public services.
"Certificate on crossing the State Border of Georgia" is a document which is issued on the basis of registered data of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and provides information about citizens' crossing of the Georgian state border.
The service can be used by citizens in all branches of the House of Justice and territorial units of service agencies throughout Georgia. The timeframe and fee for preparing the certificate is: in 5 days - 20 GEL; in 3 working days - 35 GEL and in 1 working day - 45 GEL.
Issuing MIA services in the branches of the House of Justice started in 2017. At the first stage, one of the most in-demand services was introduced - "A certificate for conviction", which up to 42,000 beneficiaries have used.
In the near future, customers will be able to receive another service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - "A certificate about legal status of motor vehicle”, which is provide all the legal infromation about the vehicle, including its sequestration, mortgage, as well as sought. Work is underway to implement many other services, which in turn contributes to the achievement of one of the priorities of Georgia - to improve the services and quality of service for citizens.
