Salome Zurabishvili to Participate in the 74th UN General Assembly

Salome Zurabishvili, President of Georgia, will participate in the 74^th General Assembly of the United Nations, reports Khatia Moistsrapishvili, Spokesperson of the Georgian President.

Within the framework of the General Assembly, which is to take place on September 17-30 in New York, US, President Zurabishvili will be given an opportunity to deliver a speech and hold bilateral high-level meetings with the leaders of different countries, as well as the heads of various UN Agencies.

Discussions on a number of pivotal themes, including the Sustainable Development Goals, Universal Health Coverage, and Climate are also scheduled to take place within the scope of the General Assembly.
