Investigation on Rustavi 2 Continues: Damenia Questioned in the Prosecutor General’s Office

Kakha Damenia, the Former Financial Director of Rustavi 2, was questioned earlier today.
While talking to the press, Damenia, not being able to speak openly, commented on the subject, saying the least: “The main questions concerned the income of Rustavi 2 in that period. There were less questions about the costs. We have signed a non-disclosure agreement and I cannot go into the details, though I will say that the questions were of general nature. I do not know what their purpose is.”

Damenia was questioned today in the Prosecutor General's Office. He was asked about the subjects relating to the period when he worked as Financial Director of Rustavi 2, the income and advertising of the channel in 2015 being the main theme of interest.
