Infringements Discovered at 38 Clinics of Georgia
LEPL State Regulation Agency for Medical Activities of the Ministry of Health of Georgia has inspected 95 clinics within the scope of the complex monitoring procedure and revealed major infringements in 38 of them. The rule-violation was observed in various directions, including the lack of disinfection, sterilization and hygiene means, as well as the illegal activities of doctors and operation of uncertified medical personnel.
In accordance with the revealed breaches, the clinics have been allocated particular timeframe for solving the issues, which is to be followed by the repeated inspection by the government service.
It has been stated at the Ministry of Health that this type of monitoring procedure will be applied to all the registered medical establishments across the country.
