59 Families to Receive Properties for 1 GEL

At the Tbilisi Government sitting on September 4, the Mayor of Tbilisi Kakha Kaladze made an announcement that 59 families will be given an opportunity to purchase a property for a symbolic price, 1 GEL. Kaladze noted that said families have been waiting tp receive residences for a very long time.

In addition, he spoke about the significance of property legalization and obtaining the relevant documentation.

“I believe the legalization of properties is one of the major projects where individuals are given a chance to legally obtain ownership over property in which they have been living for 20-25 years,” said Kaladze, adding that carrying out this initiative was one of the primary pre-election promises, one which is going to continue.
